No. Bijuju Broadway is a separately and privately owned franchise. We have no affiliation with any other Bijuju location. Our products/promotions/gift cards/website is strictly ours, for our location.
Any other sale/products/promo/gift cards offered from a different location is strictly theirs. Our website only offers products from our individually owned location.
For promotions/questions about products/sales from another location, please contact that specific location.
Q: Am I able to order things I see in-store or off of social media?
Yes! In this case, if the item is not listed on our website, please send us an e-mail with a description and/or picture of the item you are looking for and we can create an invoice for that specific item!
Q: What should I do if I have Bijuju Gift Card?
We only accept gift cards purchased at our location. Our gift cards may not be used at another location.
Our gift cards currently cannot be used online. Please contact us directly by e-mail at email@example.com. Please include your name, number, gift card number and total amount on the gift card.
If you have proof of purchase (a credit card statement or gift receipt) please also include that.
We do NOT accept gift cards purchased from the Market Commons location as they are a separately owned franchise.
Qualifying gift cards can be used in-store or via phone order/invoicing.

Q: How long before I receive my order?
The average order arrives in 3-5 business days, but varies based on carrier and your location. Once the package leaves our store, you will be provided a tracking number if your package qualifies for one, and you can track it's progress from there.
Q: How much is shipping?
Shipping for a website order is a flat rate of $4.95. Keep an eye out on our pages for any free shipping promos we may run!
